ORDERING INFORMATION

No minimum orders. You may order one frame or as many as you like. There is a minimum charge for 4 feet of molding per frame. The minimum size for one leg or side of a frame is 5 inches, the maximum size for one leg or side of a frame is 108 inches. If you wish to order a frame that is over 80 inches, please Email or call for the price and shipping charges. Measure the horizontal and the vertical dimensions of your artwork or glass and give EXACT size. We will add the proper allowance.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: All orders are shipped UPS to the 48 contiguous states; and via USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, VI, APO and FPO. We will Email you the shipping charges for USPS orders. Your USPS order will not be shipped until you have EMailed or telephoned your approval.

SHIPPING RATES: The listed rates apply only to UPS ground. PAYMENT: Online orders are accepted with credit card payments** only. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Discounts will be applied by Warehouse Framers, before credit card payment is processed, and will be shown on your order confirmation. Georgia residents add 8% sales tax to order.

RETURN POLICY: We will correct and reship any frames that are incorrectly cut, but we must be notified by Email or telephone within 2 weeks of the shipping date. Any orders returned without the approval of Warehouse Framers will not be replaced or refunded.
